Can multiple people share one FlowJo Portal account?

We recommend downloading the latest version available at flowjo.com or via the link on your FlowJo Portal account. Once you install the latest version of FlowJo, agree to the license terms, select Use your FlowJo Portal account, then click Done. Enter your FlowJo Portal ID and password to start your analysis in FlowJo. The Flow Cytometry Core Facility has partnered with Weill Cornell Medicine and the BRC Bioinformatics facility for access to FlowJo and FCS Express software. If you are interested in acquiring a license for FlowJo or FCS Express, please contact bio-it@cornell.edu. Please include your name, your PI’s name and a valid Cornell account number. Most of these agreements have annual or multi-year terms, which are continually evaluated and renewed. CU Software is a collaboration between Cornell. FlowJo Portal License Purchase We are able to utilize UCSF's site license to get a large discount FlowJo Portal licenses. For the year 2020-2021 the cost is $210 beginning in July and it is prorated quarterly. A FlowJo Portal Site License is a user-based licensing system for institutions with at least 5 users that run FlowJo. It is billed annually and is the most cost effective way to license multiple users at the same institution or lab.

No, a FlowJo Portal account is for an individual user. Personal licenses may not be shared with other users. It is intended for personal use only.

Flowjo Student License Verification

Do you offer Dongle trade-in credit? If so, what is the Dongle trade-in credit?

We do offer dongle trade-in credit that requires that you return or destroy your Dongle upon switching to an annual subscription license.

Flowjo free student license

Two FlowJo annual subscriptions per Dongle if your Dongle was purchased within the last two years.

$500 (academic) / $700 (commercial) credit if your v10 Dongle is 2+ years old.

$250 credit if your Dongle is a version 7/8 Dongle and does not allow access to v10.

What is the price of an annual subscription for FlowJo or SeqGeq?

What browsers are recommended?

Does it matter if you use PC or Mac?

No, but you will need to confirm that your computer meets the requirements (FlowJo, SeqGeq) to run the solution you’re pursuing.
