- Yesterday, I tried to play Animal Crossing City Folk on Dolphin, the game works fine BUT I have a question, this game is usually using real time clock so if you're playing at 9am you save the game exit Dolphin and load it 2 hours later it's supposed to be 11am.

Is it illegal to use dolphin emulator?
The Dolphin emulator is not illegal. It is a completely re-made version of the original Wii and GameCube consoles. The only possible illegal part of emulators is the actual game(ROM). As if you take a ROM downloaded from the internet, it is technically pirating.

Shut Down
This game's online functionality has been shut down as of May 20, 2014 and works in neither Dolphin or on Wii hardware.
DS Connection Support
While Dolphin does emulate the IOS modules for broadcasting and connecting to the Nintendo DS, there is no infrastructure to actually connect to any emulator or hardware unit.
Problems
Hanging Saves
If you have WiiConnect24 enabled, the game will hang when saving and exiting. This can be disabled before entering the world in the in game 'Other Things' menu. Refer issue 10200
